These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tkbat platform and all its services. The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the tkbat website, mobile application and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered or attempted to register on tkbat.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal profile and fund management facility on tkbat.

3.1 Password Security

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.2 Updating Account Information

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on tkbat is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is prohibited and, if detected, may result in account closure.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may only be made to the payment account used at the time of deposit or one registered after identity verification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A new bonus cannot be activated before a current bonus offer is completed (except for special offers).
• Bonuses may only be used for active play — not for any other purpose.
• tkbat reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected (such as use of multiple accounts), the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer has an expiry period — any bonus that expires will be cancelled automatically.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• tkbat reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or suspended, tkbat's decision regarding the bet will be final.

6.2 Odds and Payouts

Displayed odds are subject to change and the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply. Winnings will always be calculated based on the odds of the original bet.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a transaction is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection or other technical issue, tkbat's own records and decision will be considered final in determining the outcome of that transaction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbat platform. Violation of these rules will result in account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain financial advantage by exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or intrude into the platform's software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, deceiving or threatening other users.
• Using tkbat's name, logo or identity without authorisation.

10.1 Closure by tkbat

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Bonus balance (where wagering requirements have not been met) will be cancelled.
